Every year millions of people visit Snowdonia National Park. Many come to walk or take the train up to Mount Snowdon, England and Wales's highest peak standing proudly at 1085m or 3,560 feet. Others come to enjoy the wide range of outdoor activities on offer such as hill walking, canoeing, rock climbing or simply just to enjoy the beautiful scenery; you can even surf at the UK's only artificial surfing lake!
Snowdonia is one of 13 National Parks in the UK and was the first one created in Wales in 1951. It covers an area of over 2,140 square km or 827 miles including 60 km or 37 miles of breath-taking coastline.
In times gone by the travelling time from London to North Wales would be measured in days! Thankfully however, it is now possible to travel from London to North Wales in a little over 3 hours which means that a day visit to see the beauty of Snowdonia from where you are staying in London is now a realistic option.
We can arrange to collect you from either one of several North Wales Railway Stations including Bangor, Llandudno Junction or Colwyn Bay and then whisk you away to enjoy our Snowdonia Tour, returning you back in time for your train in the evening. It would be a long day however, the beautiful scenery and the historic attractions are well worth the effort and will certainly add an extra dimension to your visit to the UK.
We look forward to welcoming you very soon and showing you all that Snowdonia has to offer.
