This website is operated by Bespoke Tours of North Wales. Throughout the site the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bespoke Tours of North Wales and “the customer(s)” refers to you, the service user.
By committing to our “Service” you agree to be bound by the Terms and conditions set out. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions set out on this website then please do not enter into a contract with Bespoke Tours of North Wales.
All Terms and Conditions pertaining to Bespoke Tours of North Wales are clearly set out below and we would recommend that you read them carefully before committing to any future booking.
All quotes by us are based on the information and requirements provided by the customer. We reserve the right to amend an existing quote based on any new requirements requested by the customer beforehand. Furthermore, a customer or customers that request a change to the agreed itinerary on the day of the tour which may cause us to incur additional mileage or time, may be charged further, at our discretion.
A reservation made by the customer will not be considered as valid until such time the customer has received an e-mail from us confirming this to be the case.
Without exception, all reservations will require a £50 deposit; this payment is required in order to reserve a tour. Payment will only be accepted via our website (in GBP) and are subject to verification before an e-mail confirming the reservation is sent out to the customer; no payments will be accepted on the day.
All balances must be settled prior to the date of the tour and no later than 28 days before the tour is due to commence.
If a reservation is made within the 28 days of the commencement of the tour then the full amount will be payable in order to complete a successful reservation.
Quotes are based on pick-up points, tour route taken and drop-off points and not calculated per person.
What is included in the tour price?
The customer(s) will receive the exclusive use of our fully licensed, insured and Conwy Council compliant vehicle.
Transportation to and from a pre-arranged pickup point before the tour and a pre-arranged drop-off point at the conclusion of the tour.
Transportation to points of interest in accordance with an agreed itinerary.
Any tolls or parking charges incurred during the tour.
What isn’t included in the tour price?

Cancellation by Customer
All customer cancellations must be put in writing and must include the customer name and tour reference number. Upon receipt of written confirmation the reserved tour will be cancelled and all/some of the following conditions will be applied:
Once you have received confirmation from us of a reserved tour date you will have a 14 day period in which you can change your mind and we will fully refund your deposit. However, once the 14 day period has expired the deposit is then treated as non-refundable.
In the event that the customer does not pay the balance within the appropriate time scales then the deposit is then treated as non-refundable.
Date of cancellation will be effective on the day the written notification of cancellation is received by us.
Written cancellation received 28 days prior to the tour date - all payments (less the deposit if 14 day period has expired) will be refunded.
Written cancellation received between 27 and 15 days prior to the tour date - the customer will be liable for a charge of 25% of the agreed tour fee.
Written cancellation received within 14 days prior to the tour date - the customer will be liable for a charge of 50% of the agreed tour fee.
If the customer requests a change to the date of the tour then we will do our best to accommodate any customer proposed dates, but this will be subject to our availability.
Provided another suitable date can be found which is convenient for both the customer and Bespoke Tours of North Wales then no additional charges will be levied upon the customer for this service.
If it is not possible to arrange a new date which is mutually acceptable to both the customer and Bespoke Tours of North Wales, the appropriate cancellation fee will apply.
Cancellation by Bespoke Tours of North Wales
In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances such as but not limited to, events such as adverse weather conditions, flooding, civil unrest, strike action, accidents or an act of God or, if we believe that passenger safety may be compromised. Then we reserve the right to cancel the tour at our discretion should we judge it necessary to do so. Under these circumstances, the customer will be reimbursed all monies paid to Bespoke Tours of North Wales, without any further liability on our part.
Changes to the scheduled itinerary made by us
We endeavour to deliver the tour of your choice but we do reserve the right to change the itinerary at any time, should we deem this to be necessary.
All tours are planned using up to date traffic and weather information however, we do not accept responsibility for any delays or disruption caused by circumstances beyond our control.
The safety of all touring customers is paramount and is the responsibility of the driver. As such we reserve the right to refuse to carry any customer(s) who are abusive, or appear to be under the influence of alcohol and/or illegal substances or display any other types of behaviour which may lead to the safety of other customers or other road users being compromised. If this situation occurs, then customers will not be entitled to a refund of monies paid or have any claim to compensation. The wearing of seat belts is compulsory in the UK and they must be worn correctly at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Any seat belt issues must be reported to the driver immediately.
Customers must exercise due care and attention when visiting different sites of interest. Hazards can include but are not limited to slippery stone steps, rocky and/or uneven footpaths, moving traffic and fast moving water. Customers must ensure that they wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the sites on the tour itinerary and items such as sun-cream and hats are also recommended on sunny days. Customers should also ensure that they observe all safety information signs when visiting attractions and moderate their behaviour accordingly. All visits to attractions are entirely at the customers own risk and we cannot be held responsible for any accidents or injuries sustained during the tour.
We strive to meet and exceed the expectations of our customers in all aspects of our tour. However, in the unlikely event of any customer dissatisfaction, all complaints should be directed towards the driver on the day, who will strive to resolve any issues. If the issue is still not resolved to the customers satisfaction, then all complaints must be made in writing to us within 28 days.

Smoking is prohibited within the confines of the vehicle and passengers who wish to smoke may take advantage of regular scheduled stops during the day. Passengers must dispose of their smoking material in a responsible manner which does not impact on the local environment.
Luggage and personal effects
Customers may bring small items of luggage with them on the tour e.g small rucksack. However, we reserve the right to refuse to carry items that we deem to be excessively large. We accept no responsibility or liability for the safety or condition of any customer luggage by either accidental damage or theft. All luggage brought on to the vehicle is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Bespoke Tours of North Wales does not offer nor provide travel insurance. Customers should ensure that they take out adequate insurance before travelling.
